There's been a big surge of cheats again. I didn't see many for a while(I didn't see one all of 1.4 and I had only seen one in 1.5 until like a week ago). Is there some sort of speedhack where the gun shoots extremely fast so that even the sound overlaps? This was on a HLguard 1.20 server last night. There were 2 people who were doing this. Just thought I'd post that. We had a wallhacker on the server I play on today. I didn't check to see if they had updated to 1.20 though. It's too late because I think they're taking it off because they don't like the vanishing when they're still getting wallhackers. I figured the VAC ban list thing might scare cheaters. I don't understand why there has suddenly been an increase that or I'm very unlucky. Oh well, it will get solved. VAC is slowly gaining ground(they're going up a down escalator as far as trying to stop OGC, new ones keep getting released, they're stopping other cheats little by little)

Maybe they didn't have the check turned on or did you forget to wonder about that....

The speedhack detection is off by default I believe. I don't make those decisions.

Oh please. Could you get any more pathetic? My confidence in HLGuard is just so much greater knowing there are people like this working on it. You're either in this to help the community or for the "fame". Judging from the problems HLGuard creates and your cavalier attitude toward them, it's fairly easy to guess which one it is.



I would've thought that you'd have more sympathy for most admins, seeing as how you share the same "act like a bitch and attempt to abuse any strip of power i have" outlook on things.

That's ok. Most people can just watch for the unique HLGuard fuckups to tell if it's running on the server or not. It takes all of the observational powers required to solve a "Where's Waldo?" book.
