As far as the length... don't write a book, but a paragraph ain't gonna cut it. Granted, it's not like my opinion is the the final say or anything, but here's a thought. You read this MP5 article, right? (Probably other articles as well.) Did it seem too long, or not comprehensive enough? I didn't hear a bunch of people whining that it was too long, so don't feel like you have to make it a lot shorter. That's my thought.

uk terrorist has a nice layout, but suffers in content as compared to csn. the best things about csn, being the SOTD, comments, and rizzuhs corner, have no counterpart on ukt...they seem bitter that their site is getting owned daily by csn

As for length, I'd say around 1500 words. The UKT strategy seemed too skimpage for me and it was about 1000.

Dude, I sooo would not bash on the way that rizzuh runs this site. Sure, there's some old stuff, and some crappy stuff. But you know, not everyone has all the free time in the world because they're still living off their parents, so cut him some freaking slack, eh?



CSN is king of the CS news/content sites, and I'd say it's largely due to the dedication and maturity of the CSN team as a whole, and rizzuh in specific. Your average kid with a web page would have perma-banned half of you from the comments, posted news in 1337 speak, and other atrocities.



Anyway, point being, while some updating of CSN material definitely would be a good thing, rizzuh does a good job running the site as it is. If he wants a hand updating some of the other aspects of this site that he doesn't have time for, I'm sure he'll find people to ask.
