No, it does not necessarily mean that, but who are you to make that call? Who are you to judging ppl's reaction to a story like this?

I'm not saying it's the only thing in his life, but jugding by the article and the comments of the ppl who know him, it seems to fill out quite a lot of his time...

I'm sure if you where not able to move your body, you would just "enjoy" CS...

Believe or not, some ppl may regard life differently than you, oh yes, not everybody is like you... I'm sure this must come as a shock to you, since I can clearly read that your sense of understanding is below that of a monkey...

Tell, mister "Keen perception", what would you do, if the thing you used most of your time on, wasn't an option?

My guess is that you have no idea what it's like to have even the smallest disability, and because of your lack of abstraction, cannot possibly see how some ppl might feel more or less for a cause than you do...

In the end, there are three groups. People who express sympathy/empathy, people who express disdain for insincere sympathy/empathy while offering nothing else besides flamebait, and people who begin to defend their group #1 comments vigorously.

I have not read any comments that appear shallow. "Keep it up, Bobby," is about the most that has been written here and there's nothing wrong with that. This isn't a N0TH1NG, where people honor a suicidal young man's online persona, completely forgetting that there's a real boy there.

I would be very surprised if the two or three trollers right now have never watched 60 Minutes, Dateline, or another news magazine and haven't been legitimately interested or touched. There is no reason why the same feeling can't be generated here, despite your cynicism.

I'm sure he does enjoy playing games but that doesnt mean without them he'd just "rot away".
You're using the converse of what he said and acting like he said it. Work on that.

I'm sorry if I appear to be flame bait or whatever. I am genuinely interested in this article and good for him with what he's achieved.

Maybe I am being cynical and completely wrong when I get a strong feeling allot of you seem like you want to go up to him and pat him on the head and say "Well done lad".

Keep on fragging, Bobby. I'm not going to put up an argument and be cynical about it... Enjoy yourself!

Someone asked before what going to before meant. Well, think about it, will you? His accident was when he was 14 years old - when he played games. Now he's going back to playing games. Hence, going to before.

And why the hell not? Why shouldn't we all bother if we feel it to give him the least bit of acknowledgement, even in passing? I might have said it couldn't be done -- no, I know I would have, and he'd have proven me wrong. Heck, maybe I do pity him in some way, as would most people with the slightest inkling of humanity -- but that has absolutely nothing to do with this story, nor I'm certain the kudos given in these comments, and I'm sure it's the last thing anyone wants to hear. No one here is saying, "Man, I feel sorry for the dude."

It's like this. The thing we all have in common is this silly little game we play online, with varying degrees of passion. Why can't we celebrate when someone, for whom the odds and expectations of physical labours are obviously lower than for others, beats those odds and, indeed, excels at it?

[Good for you.....This post is'nt for how good your score is on our server. Deflate your ego a tad will ya?]

And by the way you people who look at this as nothing but negative content, when people praise Bob and post positive coments think how that makes him feel......I will go out on a limb for bob and say im sure he finds it comforting.

There is nothing whatso ever wrong with bob recieving just praise for playing cs with his lips and head. We have a divex movie of bob playing cs that justin bobbys brother made, watch it......youll be simply amazed.

In CS bob a quad gets to walk around......think about that for a minute. A man who cant walk gets to walk not physicly but mentaly. I ask you what is the diffrence? The mind is a powerfull tool and I think cs is a great tool for bobs mind to use.

Show some respect for the people giving bobby his well deserved admiration.

P.S. If C.S. nation wants to host the file im sure that everybody who wants to watch it will then be able to get it since Xng server bandwidth cost bobby-justin-cam the server finaciers money. And hosting a large Mb file like the video would really leach the bandwidth and cost xng some chump change hint hint...

Yes very well done article, Mr Bond, but I'm not sure I understand why you chose to use the word "embarrassingly" in this context. Could you explain to me why it would be embarrasing to have Bobby play better than us "normal" people, or have I misunderstood your statement?
