    Threeboy Interview At BHN

BioHazard Networks had a chance to do a short interview with the talented Threeboy. Threeboy, the artist behind this month's CS-Nation Members Calendar, talks about how he started drawing on the CS art scene.
ambush: So when did you think of the idea to start drawing cs chatacters and such?

Threeboy: Back in August 2000, when Threeboy's CS launched, I was fiddling around with mapping for Half-Life/Counter-Strike as well as coloring drawings using photoshop. I decided to make some cartoony Counter-strikers to use for the site design.
There's even some mention of how N64 game Goldeneye affected Threeboy's work. Check out the interview here, or visit Threeboy's site, hosted right here on CS-Nation.

I must be getting old if Goldeneyes considered old school.

It was shit anyway, the first snow level was the only good part of it and the multiplayer was turd too.

Goldeneye ruled. It revolutionized console shooters with it's control scheme and multiplayer, although I tried playing it on my friend's 64 a couple weeks ago and I just could not get the hang of the controls for the life of me.

And I wuv joo too Psy naughty monkey

Goldeneye is a classic (a new classic of sorts), plain and simple. It revolutionized shooters on the console side of things forever. I played that thing like a bitch, and NOBODY could beat me in multiplayer.

So, the other day I popped it in and I didn't realize how low the frame rate was back then, I was too busy having fun! I am too damn used to my GeForce 3 but alas, the game is still fun even today.

i remember the first time i played goldeneye. i must have called blockbuster everyday until it finally arrived. i called and reserved it, then ran 3 blocks and rented it. went home and attempted to play mulitplayer with myself. i just had another characted standing there and i shot them. soon my friends and i were owning at it tho.
