Quick thoughts on this CPL - every round, teams should be reseeded instead of just straight bracketing. Sure, it may take a bit longer, but it will ensure that the better teams don't meet so early, as to ensure excellent teams a chance to prove themself when it really counts. Having top teams face early and one be eliminated is stupid on so many levels. My only other gripe is that I believe with the amount of excellent official CS maps to play matches on, I think it's time the CPL does away with custom maps for matches; sure, one can argue that the europeans could learn the map, but given that the maps aren't played where they live it's a little difficult to find scrim partners or get practice on them. With that being said, I'm sure a few teams might have lasted longer if reseeding every round had occured and no custom maps. Whatever; see you in the Winter for the World Championships! I'm going to take a much-needed break after 4 straight days of CPL coverage on my part.
