It made perfect sense to me. What he means is that since it is a double elimination, the winner of the upper bracket will not have lost once yet, whereas the team from the lower bracket has. Meaning that in order for the lower team to win, they need to defeat the upper team twice in order to eliminate them by giving them 2 losses.

The I-eS vs. GX match was hilarious.



GX were completely outclassed -- so much so that after their first-half defeat it seemed like GX, realising they were screwed, just thought "what the hell, we're gonna lose but we don't give a shit, let's go down in style."



They just about pulled it off too, as a mad storm in one of the final rounds took I-eS by surprise and gave GX their one and only win of the second-half.

I see what you mean. The "all-stars" and 2 other great teams are out. But after all, from what I saw of it, they were still playing like shit. Or at least they already played better.

I actually didnt mind at all seeing TSO lose to DoP. I feel DoP is the much better clan, but no one pays enough attention to them. When they beat 3D they were the talk of the Cal-I community for awhile, and then they kind of faded out again. I think DoP is sort of the silent-giant, hopefully they can atleast get second place.

I would have loved to see TSO take the CPL.



I would also love to see 3D make it to the final match just to get completly out-gunned. A repeat of last event's X3 would really piss them off, and hopefully break them up.
