Well, folks, it's time for another interesting night in CAL-Invite season play. Many of the games tonight are pretty easy to predict (especially with three forfeits), but some of the games, public viewing accesable or not, should be well worth watching. Here is your pre-game show:[break]Pre-Game Predictions
GXb -over- WEW :: (17-7) - In a game that comes down to the newly build determination that is driving WEW, we're about to see how progress with rebuilding is coming.
1st -over- TAF :: (14-10) - Two teams of relatively similar talent. Should make for a moderately interesting invite match-up. Match bot in #clantaf on irc.gamesnet.net.
e7 -over- iwa :: (18-6) - iwa has been a falling clan for a while now. e7 is just the opposite. With building experience, and a match against a falling star, look for a little e7 confidence booster.
SB -over- P :: (16-8) - Experience in SteelBreeze matches up against the faces of the current CAL-O champs. CAL-O winners or not, these guys aren't SB.
DoP -over- e-- :: (15-9) - Eminence has started off rocky so far this season dropping some matches they shouldn't have, DoP on the other hand has rebuilt like usual and should be up to its old tricks. Front running...
3D -over- db :: (24-0) - db is DOA
TSG -over- S :: (13-11) - Solid is a real contender, but with a little boost from their win over e-- last week, TSG has a nice bit of momentum coming into this show. (btw, I'm being called a fool on this one, but this is my limb to climb out on for the evening).
PLAYBOY -over- Rj45 :: (15-9) - Despite having been around for quite a while, Rj45 is still a new comer to CAL-I. Trust that those centerfolds (four brothers and a white guy) seem to have the experience needed to take them down.
rs -over- CK3 :: (13-11) - rs really has the talent, but with a few big losses (namely, Clark aka "triGGa"). CK3 will put up a nice fight in their return to dominance.
TAU -over- ExS :: (17-7) - ExS has been rising in talent, but TAU is a big brick wall that's looking for something to beat on. (hehe)
D|S -over- dT :: (24-0) :: dT is DOA
TSO -over- osx :: (18-6) - TSO continues to roll over the competition. That's all there is to say.
TuF -over- D|2 :: (24-0) - D|2 is DOA
sW -over- SYB :: (13-11) - SYB won't be easy for sW, we all know, but with a tough loss last week, SYB won't be at their prime. (This is out on a limb)
TEC -over- 187 :: (14-10) - This oughta come down to the last set of rounds, but look for TEC to nab their first season win.
zEx -over- 2c :: 2c has put out some games that were a bit disappointing, but with the rising following behind zEx, I'm not sure 2c stands much of a chance.
