Off Topic, but just a thought: If India and Paikastan would fight for the mountain range in Kashmire by playing Cs and use some diffuse map like lets say, DUST.....Then Rumsfeld could rush in and diffuse the boom and everyone would live to play again........Maybe! This tactic could also be used in other countries like......ITALY....lol

I think if you could crawl on your hands and knees, cower and beg and finally drop into the fetal positon were added to CS, this would make the game much more enjoyable.
I know I would use these new features all the time.

You know when you've just finished a round, and there's a seemingly large pause before the next round starts, and all your living team-mates are there standing near you? It feels so uncomfortable right. In real life, you'd all being going "Yay guys! We won!". But as this is CS, you need a command where you make a small cursory nod to your fellow team-mates, as these people ARE strangers after all. This would make me feel at ease,

It is not that the newest version of CS that pissed me off and i quit but my studies clash with my play time. Now I have to spend my time reserved for CS on my studies.
My typical shedule is getting up 6.30 a.m. and slogging all the way till 9.30 p.m. Look, I even lost my whacky demeanour.
Just like a certain song lyric, " its time to say goodbye.... "
So Farewell CS and Farewell everybody.....and keep up the good work....for i may still check u out........maybe

1) removed the moderator from the site
2) broke the file system
3) banned the moderator from his own forums
4) found his IP address at home/school and banned him from ALL gamespy sites

then u will be screaming in agony, be it losing or winning a round, letting ppl think that u r really enjoying ur game very much.
other than that, i cannot think any other possible ways to improve the CS playing experience.

Is CS:CZ gonna have a multiplayer like the current counter-strike? cuz if not, i'd rather stick with the classic. Besides I will not abandon de_chateau just for a decent use of the ballistic shield.

You have to purchase some sort of game to play Counter-Strike, whether its Counter-Strike or Half-Life. I bought Half-Life and don't even play it. So, In this case it wouldn't make a difference to me whether I bought Half-Life or Counter-Strike.
To come to the point I'm trying to make... Having Retail CS doesn't make you gay unless you have Retail CS AND Half-Life. Thank You.

I liked the idea from DaveJ about medical packs: how someone could help a teamate..this would increase teamplay which is what CS needs.
My idea is simple. Being able to roll grenades by right click. There is a way already but its a long process and normaly by the time the grenade has left your finger tips your head has just exploded like a nice fresh juicy melon....yum yum.
Also being able to use the but of your gun if you are really fooked...takes like 1hp off....i hear you saying its pointless..but it still adds to realism and is another small detail that makes CS what it is. Also for the comedy value..imagine...you are standing there with 100 armour, 100 health and a brand new shiny Ak47....pointed directly in-between the now-shaking CT....we all know it would make us chuckle.Comment

I'd have to agree with Gum, since i did this hack. the anims weren't made for this model, it was made for Perils USPMP, and i just recompiled my hack onto those, my only other choice was default, where the hand would have been right in the middle of the mag on reload.
This was my first hack i released, 3rd total, and like i said, the only real problem with it is the reload anims. i also would have liked to get fire anims where the gun didnt fly up, and rather it moved just a little, but have the slide move as normal, but im not an animator so
finally, i also made a version for the Mac10, but i was too lazy to upload it. You can find a link to the complete zip file (includes both TMP and Mac10 versions of everything) here:
