HLGuard can't search for just *.zip files on the whole hdd. It can only look around for specified files, thats why it can't detect many cheats if you hide it to something like C:\hlgneverfindit\cheat\ ...

gj Valve. Perhaps if Valve keeps updating the anticheat the cheat programmers will just get tired of making new patch ater new patch and give up. I have truly noticed a HUGE decline in cheaters. Its very rare that i see cheaters in a server anymore. I maybe see 1 cheater in every 4 servers i play in. Counter-strike is truly fun again. Thanx Valve.

i agree totally Valve are doing an gr8 job with the VAC, i to have noticed a decline in cheet0rs but one thing i havnt noticed a decline in is the accusations i mean come on ppl valve are doing all this to stop cheet0rs but ur still accusing sumone who can kill alot more ppl than u... :/

Ive ran into about 7or8 one including my ex clanleader who has been caught cheating a few times :/. o well, well the one thing the VAC should do is ANNOUNCE the cheet0r and kick him/her 2/3 times then after that ban them... :)
