I do agree that leaving Icafes open 24 hrs. is and excellent idea. Not only does it keep kids from drugs and gangs but they're also having the best time of their lives in a chair. Closing I-cafes at 1 a.m. will make problems, because the kids wont have shit-else to do besides dugs and gangs. How is closing a store going to stop drug use? net cafes dont keep kids from doing drugs, , actually they are quite the place to go while high.. all the lights, all the games and even food for a bad case of the muncies.. trippy indeed

I play at a net cafe all the time, and i never seen any illgeal things going around. the worst thing i saw happen was a n00b was playing and wouldnt stop yelling and screaming about why everyone was hacking. he was asked 3 times to be stop. and then they kicked him out.

really its the oppisate, these net cafes being open 24 hours a day would mean many things. like keep kids off the street from doing drugs, drinking and other things that arent legal. so trying to shut these places down or what ever the city is doing would and could make it worse.

yea what nubs those news reporters and the city of Richmond. Thinking that Cyber cafes are gang recruitments I got a cyber cafe right here in Jacksonville drugs alchol and all that bs dont happen there. I wish they focused more on CS2 than that crap about Cyber Cafes being gang recruiment areas

Any place youth are finally allowed to congregate and have fun together is labeled a place for "gangs" to "recruit" and for drugs to be sold.
