CS 1.4 changelog

Every update seems to keep the newbie in mind. The updates should changes things like bugs, cheats, and minor changes. But when they start fucking with the whole gameplay, that changes the whole damn game. What do newbies do? They stand still and shoot. Veterans? They strafe and fire and jump occasionally. with this update the newbie should have the upper hand. Like when i hear someone coming from around a corner I'll wait till they're just about to the end and I'll jump in front of them and start shooting, boom, they're dead. Now what will I have to do? Walk in front of them and stop and then start shooting? Gay as hell. I've been playin cs since beta 2 i think (3 years?), and the last 3 or 4 updates you have to completly relearn the whole game. And now you can't fire a whole clip, run out of ammo, switch to secondary and start shooting again? Advantage: newbie.



Also, cs was not designed to be realistic. It was designed just as any other game is.... to be fun.



CS is the most popular fps game online ever. Why would you change something so much when everyone likes it just how it is?



As others have said: what's the point of when you mute someone you can't see what they type? Most the time im in pubs people will act as if its a yahoo chat room and just talk nonstop and i can't hear shit, so i will mute them. But i still want to see what they type. I hope this is a option that can be on or off.

I believe they are ignoring you because you are acting like a newbie. I can see why anyone would have a problem with you if you act like that in games. And in realitly, this isn't the best of all topics to discuss it under.

Some Americans (and yes, I am one) are extremely ignorant.



Any person or persons from a particular religion, country, region, race, etc, that thinks they are superior to others is what is called "Stupiditiy." These people have no right to live on this earth.



Racisim is spawned from the ignorance in which certain people think (stereotype) a particular race / country to be all the same, and in their eyes, it is bad. Of course they are totally blinded by their ignorance to see the truth, that not everyone in a particular group shares the exact same views.



These vast number of ignorant souls do NOT however make up the majority, or the voice of the U.S, or any other country. Simply because you run into some bad eggs doesn't mean everyone from a particular country / race / religion is an asshole. There are probbably even more U.S. people acting kindly to you than you realize, however you do not notice because you simply focus on those who aren't kind.



I suggest this;



There are a lot of young, immature, unintelligent people on the internet, and I would safely say this has got to be the largest gathering of complete idiots from every background, race, color, creed, religion, -- anywhere. No where has there ever been so many idiots pooled together in such a manner. And with no such thing as speech restrictions on the internet, these fool-hearted dumb asses can say what ever they please, and get away with it.



This is only the internet however, and the same rules apply here as in the real world.



Just get over it, don't worry about it. It's only the internet.

Doing so would make the game completely obsolete in about 2 patches. By then all "minor things" and "bugs" would be nurfed, the only thing left to fix would be cheats. Then you could play the same game, with no upgrades, no new things, for 3 more years to come. If you aren't bored by then you are what is called "addicted."



The reason more blatent, gameplay changing, updates are added is simple.. to change the way the game is played.. why? To keep you whiney losers on your toes. To make the game interesting. To make the game fresh. To add new features. Maybe even to annoy people like you.



If you don't like the way the game is going, absolutly NO ONE (But yourself -- your addiction) will stop you from leaving it.



If you feel the game should have nothing to do with realisim go play TFC, Q3, DM, etc etc etc.



In my opinion, the true veterans, or elite players are the ones that don't mind, but actually welcome these such new updates. They see it as a way to advance their skills in a new way, and keep the game exciting for months to come.



It is meerly the newbies and lamers who complain that everything is being changed for the worse, and they can't keep up, and they liked the game exactly how it was in beta 6, and they want their bhopping back, and their strafe/jump/shoot deagle kills back, and they want their blanket, and their mommy, and they want valve to die and go to hell for making their game so bad and unlikeable, and cry, and piss, and moan, and on and on and on and on and on and on and get and the and fuck and over and it.



As I have said before...



When 1.5 rolls around the same whiney people will be complaining how they have been playing for 35712 years since Beta -715 and they're so damn 'leet', and 1.4 was the best damned patch ever, and 1.5 will be worthless and completely ruin the game.

I'm not saying that I'm a CS God by any means. You are also right that it is just a game and not a combat sim. I understand that. I am also by no means a "fancy, schmancy Marine." I am an ender of life, a killer, and CS helps me vent when I'm not out around the world annihalating foreign morons. hahahahahahaha

Really, the leet shit annoys me. It bothers me that people just can't be happy with what they have and who they are. I don't want to get into Philosophy or other peoples lives, let them do what they want.

As far a CS goes, I like it in all of it's forms. Drinking beer and destroying "leet" weirdos is fun. Come to our server any time. It's called the {R*R}CLANSERVER. I don't have the IP on me right now, just look for it. No cheating, and really good players.

First of all, it was me that made the point, not Narby, please take the time to look over the message more carefully, if you got the name wrong, you may have mised something important to my argument as well.

You want to know what i think that they should fix in the next update of CS! When u record a demo and all the player models are screwed up. They should really fix that! Cuz i hate it when i record a demo and im killing the Gordon skin or a CT when im on CT's!!! It really pisses me off!
