Of course the wait would be 1/2 as much, as the csnation files are probobly .00000000001% of fileplanet's files. May be an interesting idea to code.

I've coded much more difficult things (that spell checker comes to mind, the content wizard was hard, and automatic image resizing was a task), so I could do it. GameSpy wouldn't let us, though, and the best I could do is interface directly with FilePlanet and thus not really improving the speed of anything.



We are not a small site (I know a lot of you get that stigma, because I actually take time to read and reply to comments :P), so any download system would tax the server in bandwidth costs, even if it is over an extended amount of time. Our SOTD is really pushing it; I have to deal with GameSpy often about that issue.

Er....SOTD has not been updated for a loooooooooong time. Most of SOTD skins come from CDG ( Clan Dead Goat ) gunshop...

BTW CDG Gunshop is linked to CSNation so have fun looking for the link..... and, oh, look REALLLLLLY hard.....



DE_Museum can be downloaded anywhere....eg.FilePlanet, GameSpot or some ass who posted up his map.



DE_Museum is kinda cool but is way too big, especially at the Hallways where both sides will inevitably meet.

Isnt this map largely the same as the Rogue Spear map of a similar location? Reminds me of the CS hack of Rogue Spears 747 level.

Nope. SOTD was only up not too long ago. They do not even have a bloody FiveseveN skin.



And I am not lying..... A lot of their Ironclad, ( Almighty ) Sixshooter, Galen and ReggieDog ( Tin Soldier ) models come from CDG Gunshop !
