I sat down in a Barnes and Noble and read it. I've been playing since Beta 3 and it really didnt show me anything i didnt already know, but after my first and only LAN i became a tweak freak after i found out all these people had custom net/brightness/grfx settings that helped them out alot. But not all newbies know about that. Maybe it will help them be better at the game so they don't get frustrated with thier utter lack of motor skills and turn to cheats to make them feel better about themselves. But like many people said, you can get every shred of information from that book strait from the net. Where do you think they got it? It's just X3 members using thier big name to make a little cash. Nothing wrong with that.

Actually there were three different clans that helped out. It never says in the guide who submitted what and where. So some of the strats and other junk prolly didn't come from X3 exclusivly.Comment

Whoever said that shooting people is not compatible with being a Christian? There are many Christian police officers, military, national gaurd etc.Comment

I've been playing since beta 3, but I just bought this book, A. For the hell of it, but B. I really want that chart of the exact weapon damages to different hitboxes, it would be nice to have that all set out on a chart for me.Comment

even though i`ve read all the comments that says that the guide isnt just tactics and ingame things, im still not convinced, cuz all of those things that may be good, like cvars and customization can be found on the internet. and tactics is something i personally think you should come up with yourself with your clan or for yourself, it should be something...kinda personal.. besides, just about everyone that has the guide follows the tactics, so there might be about 30.000 people using the same tactics, so it is much better to work out a tactic yourself....(damn.. my fingers are starting to get abnormally warm..) so i wont ever buy it...Comment

Actually, thou shalt not kill" is better translated, "thou shalt not murder." Besides, if you read the ten commandments in the context of the rest of the Old Testament, you'd realize that there are many cases of "just killing." If you'd like examples I can give them.
