first off online like i said is TOTALLY different... 1st is crumbling as we know it... DoP is strong online but has problems at LANs... D|S is inexperienced at LANs as a clan... i expect x3 to come away with the title fairly easily... other rising clans will be shot down at CPL... after summer cpl i expect quite a few of the newer clans to disband after they get raped

just testing your delete post skills rze :) i think that X3 is probably gone for good, they've been around long enoug that the members probably just aren't as enthusiastic and are loosing interest in the clan and thus their performance is decreased.

CS 1.4 is going to completly ruin on-line competitive play, imho. Taking out hopping from cs is like taking out the super fast movement from Quake III. Not all gameplay will be lost, but the attractiveness of the game is lost. When hopping goes out, fast play goes out, then the specs leave, then CS dies, or is taken over by newbies. oh wait.....

In regards to these top players and their attitudes towards CS 1.4, I humbly point out Darwin's theory of evolution.... Natural Selection/Survival of the fittest. If you cannot adapt to your new environment, then go ahead and be content at being a sidenote in history.

I tihnk that they are still good but have let their ego lead them so they get cocky. and if you get cocky your gonna loss. i think we are going to see a lot of new clans coming up into the light and maybe some formed by or encluding members of X3. what clan is next?
