C-D does not use up your bandwidth by sending a lot of information on the network. C-D's challenge packet is very small (22 bytes) and is only sent every few minutes. Therefore it doesn't cause lag.

i agree with ghetto mouse... as easy as 1,2,3 to D/L a cheat.
And also whoever said C-D's popularity speaks for itself. Punkbuster Buster was at one time so popular people thought it wud be on every server. My, My looked how that failed and look how C-D, Csguard and that other one begining with 'J',(that ones so lame ive never heard of it)

If people THINK it will be on servers that is called HYPE . I am talking about popularity, as in servers actually using the program. And yes, there are many servers running CD.

Rob, you drag queen. Get CD Version 1.12. You will play CS free from cheaters. That is the current situation. CD has caught up, finally.
It will change, and cheats will resurface. But get the newest CD version, play on updated CD servers and all will be well.
You really, really need to learn to listen. Failing that you might make a reasonable candidate for Jerry or Oprah- you've got that retarded and hysterical sound about you.

Sorry to those who took offense at my statements but I meant no harm. Also, no I am not one of those accusing people who say that he/she is a cheater, but when you know it you know it. How do I know if someone is a cheat, well, when they sit there and talk about how they made their aimbot script themselves, I think it's pretty clear. Or when they rarely die, and then all of a sudden RESPAWN! right on the spot (Seen it before, NO Joke, strange but it happened) then I know they are a cheater. I am in no way calling the anti-cheat community stupid nor am I denying the fact that it my be popular. The version that was being used was the one right before the latest version so no it was not an old version. I am really suprised at how people can twist words around to make it sound like the one who said it to try and feel guilty of something they didn't do. Seriously though, think about your statements, what was just a little discussion turned into accusations of others doing something wrong! No need to get on someones case because they threw in there two cents. CD may be a good deturent, but most cheaters will just go find another server. All of Jolt's servers, last time I checked were CD Free, and a great majority of the other big-time servers out there are CD free as well.Comment
