Hi all. I just wanna say that... I can honestly say that I do FAR better with the Sniper Auto-Rifles than the AWP. I think both of them are very effective guns and are just as accurate as the AWP if you know what you are doing. I'm not sure if anyone has noticed... but the first 3 shots on either rifle can't hit the broad side of a barn. The following shots however... are always right on the dot. SG-1 is very accurate if you burst. The Sig however, I once full auto-ed that rifle into a hall of rushing T's and took down 4 before I had to reload. The full auto aim is far better than even an MP5. Anyway, that's my two-cents. The auto-snipe rifles are too under-estimated. -_-" Regardless, GJ rizzuh and Half-Pint on the Gun Running articles ^^.

Nice article guys, but u seem to be arguing about the sniper skills and I have a little comment on that.
U say that a good scout sniper can easily take out an AWP whore.
But a real "1337" CS-players knows ALL the weapons, instead of sticking to one weapon all the time.
Im not saying that I am 1337, but think about it. If u'r out of ammo on those long range AK-vs-Colt combats, and u pick up an UMP, u'r towst unless u know how to handle it.
So a pro has to know all the weapons.
Therefore, I choose scout. It purely owns :)
The accuracy is just as old times and it weighs about as much as the knife. I could prob take out an AWP whore at cobble with a scout anytime !Comment

just checking if u knew, if u fire the first clip of a semi-auto sniper weapon, it is very inaccurate, but if u then reload, take the second clip it's a very accurate and usefull weapon, especially on as_tundra as ct. :)Comment

I've had 5 kills in a single round on de_storm, with the TMP! It's nice a nice weapon for ninja'ing on some maps if you've not got the cash for the M4A1.
The great thing about the silenced weapons is that the sound *radius* is diminished as well as the *volume*.
Just need to get yourself tucked behind a crate and then aim those headshots when the enemy team have passed you... :o)Comment

The TMP is good gun if you only have the money of this and not the M4A1, the TMP lasted me 5 round and I got a total of 9 frags with it!
