i personally love being in my clan. if you're with a bunch of peopel you enjoy playing with it's all fun. playing in matches is also fun because you play the game the way it was meant to be played, the fun way for me. but when cs gets to a point where it becomes a job i believe it isnt worth the time. but as of now im having the best time playing in matches and scrims.

I used to lub being in a clan.

Unfortunatelly i had to leave coz i started/still am working foolish hours.

It made me an allround better player and the thrill/ill-feeling i felt when we won/lost a war was TOP.

along the lines of Skins/models, tell galen to hurry up and rate a different DE model a 10.. im sick of teh TRB. And please put some CT models in =-/ (uh-oh im whining) and i like clans... I tried to create one and succeeded, but it was too hard to get all the mebers (six or seven) together at the same time for practises and scrims

I can't stand clans. Most clans believe they are better than others and people tend to let clans control their life, always like "I can't do that or I'll get kicked from my clan." Also, I had a guy play with me that said "If I don't get a 3-1 ratio soon, my leader will boot me from the clan."



The object of CS to have fun, not form clans. Clans are just an enhancement to the game. You can play with or without clans and still have good teamwork as long as ppl are willing to coop and listen, but from my playing experience, I've noticed clan members generally stack teams, and believe they should control it. Many also believe that if you are doing good by keeping your team from losing badly, that it's mostly their playing that helps because they are in a clan and you're not, so they "must" know how to team play better.

(I already know someone is gonna object to everything I say, so I want to put this right now, IT'S ALL MY OPINION AND PEOPLE CAN FEEL THE SAME WAY TOO AND NOT BE WRONG!)



Last thing is clan servers. Normally, clan servers are run by clan members giving them the option to ban, this is the WORST thing imaginable. For instance, I was playing on 2 servers with friends, we all had incredible scores, like the lowest was 14-3, but then they started banning us because they said we (here it comes) cheated and there was no way in hell us non-regulars could beat them. Everyone on the whole server was outraged at their reactions, and to think, this happens quite often, only to me twice, but many of my friends are now banned from 50 or so clan servers for accusations of them not being truly better and must be using cheats.

I think clans are a good thing depending on who runs them if you have a nice clan which i have met many of i'm all for it. But as many good clans there are bad.. So in the end i think they are a good thing. It's all about the people in them.

It all depends on the clan, Ive seen soem clans out ther witch realy do suck the fun rite outa the game , but ive also seen clans that only worry about the fun part but try get a few wins in ther :-) cs is what ya make it unless the server u play gets over run by a bunch of cheaters and noobs then it aint no fun :-S thers ma say lol
