If they are going to make the Para more accurate, they should up the price maybe a thousand dollars. If they keep the price the same, everyone would be para sniping everyone and they would forget about the other weapons.

I never use the Para because it's accuracy sucks so bad. But if they improve upon the gun a bit I might try usin it a couple of times.

well think about it, ive always thought the para should be better than what it was...look at the damn price...it costs more than a fucking awp, yet no one uses it...now, people will gamble and spend a lot of money for a proper weapon...

This is good news to me - i only ever use the para when I'm doing stupidly well and get arrogant (obscenely rarely :-p ) but i do love this gun! It sounds brilliant, looks brilliant but has just never performed ...

Any evidence of other weapon modifications? I know many players have been wanting a more accurate mp5, perhaps now that jumping has been toned-down guns can be a bit more accurate when jumping? Any modifying to the useless 228 and 5-7?

Ya know, I've had good experience with very short bursts with the para. And yes, para-sniping is always possible...I've hit people from opposite sides of the tunnel in Dust para-sniping (and I'm sure many of us can recount similar experiences.)

However, the para can't be useful as a squad-support weapon if people don't fear being hit by it, which is currently the case. I mean, it'll give someone a -short- pause while they realize they're getting shot at alot with high caliber rounds, but that's all they'll suffer. And no I don't think that short pause is enough time to kill them (although your teammates, maybe...)

Anyway, I would agree that an accuracy increase for the para on full-auto is most definitely in order.



By the way, if you can get several teammates to all buy para's and go on a rampage all together, it's pretty fun, especially on a tight map like office.
