Just want to throw a thanks out to rizzuh. Nice job providing all the mirrors! I was a bit skeptical about being able to get 1.4 on the day of release, but 5 minutes later I had it...playing within 15 minutes. Anyways, awesome job!

Well, last time CS 1.3 came out, it took me fuckin years to get.



My main problem was that i cudnt find a decent UK mirror that wasnt being hammerd. I came to CSN to find out if CS 1.4 had been released, and was shocked (yes shocked) to find that the page was gone, and had been replaced by M-I-R-R-O-R-S!!!!!!!!



i was so happy i almost came (well, not that happy)



and also, there were several UK mirrors that gave me an instant D/L start. I had the patch within 15 mins. It was refreshing, instead of getting the patch a month later.



So thank LOOOOOAAADDDDDSSSSSS Rizzuh you sexy beast

second: im gonna quit cs until i get a better pc (as if anybody cares..)

since 1.4 is much heavier than 1.3... my computer cant handle cs even when i play whit the lowest graphics possible..

WHHooohhhooooo 1.4 rocks. I find it faster - more adrenaline soaked and kick ass. HS's are flying thick and fast (maybe has something to do with peeps crouching for better accurancy)chateau is a great and havanna will need some time to get used to. Deep Breath . . . . . .pistol accuracy is kewl and I now have to consiously make a pont of not jumping too much..... hehe!

For all you ppl that say they hate the new cs 1.4 just keep it to yourself and stop being so lame!! Alot of ppl work hard on these patches and spend many hours and for what? Our enjoyment and if thats not enough its FREE!!! Give it a chance and just have fun. As far as i am concerned any improvments that the cs team tries to make is apreciated and ppl shouldnt take it for granted!! Have fun fragin!!

I am in the "I dont really like 1.4, but I'd play none-the-less" variety.



It'd be nice if it didnt lag my comp, and the headshots werent quite so rampant.
