Yes, Linux is a choice. You can use WINE(X) (or a bundled solution like Lindows) to play CS under Linux. I suppose you could do the same thing with a Mac, but anyone who owns a Mac is clearly far more invested into taking digital photographs of their emo wife--cooking dinner while putting on a fake smile--than any sort of real computer task such as gaming.



The poll results from last week (to the right) is very insightful and means a lot to the future of CS.



By the way, rizzuh's corner now disappears when I have nothing to say. It won't be gone forever!

i play cs on linux heaps with WineX

pity i only get 20-50fps in linux when i get 100fps stable in win2k

yeah that's what I meant... u had to mess around in dos with memmaker... I remember having to run memmaker to play doom2... there was a biig level that the memory just couldn't hold :)
