The riotshield should be removed though, since the mapfeature thats most used is de_ maps, where Terrorists have to attack, not the other way around.

Hmm the riot shield would be great used to hide behind as aload of T's come running at you with sub machine guns, while you're guarding the bomb point.

UK2 net use Teargas instead of Smoke on their oh so laggy servers.. It downs damage by 5 per exposure time (dont know the variable) then it recovers in clear air...



Perhaps ts could have, like, an anthrax bomb, or some kinda nerve agent.. that would be cool, you could equip a gas mask. but it might limit vision.. I dunno in anyway, It sounds cool and will only make htis AMAZING game better,

Duyh mi is stupid as I just read The CS CZ sectionof this site!! Doh!! But seriously a server has this moded and effective right now, with no gas masks, I odnt know if this is popular Cos I knwo UK2.net can be too laggy toplay.. Any ideas where they got it form, and How I could implement it on a clan server..

The shield protects againt small arms fire and light calibre SMG's, mp5/UMP/p90 etc.

The shield uses your primary weapon slot, and you can only use a Five Seven with it, the pistol isen't selectable, and we all know how much Five Seven rocks the CS world .. or? .. And it aint that often that terrorists uses sub-machine guns to attack anyway, I'm talking clanwars here, not FFA of course, and rifles+awp should penetrate the riotshield without problems ..



I think its going to be used as much as nightvision is atm :) ..



But we'll see ... I still like the new weapons! thats great.

Terrorists use SMG when they can't afford rifles+awps. And the 5-7 rocks anyway.
