ok what about looking at this cheating problem (as far as the aim hack is concerned anyways) from a mathematical view. The guys who created the physics of the weapons should be able to come up with a calculation that will highlight most cheats..
example:
the deagle is designed to be accurate while the users is stationery and fires only 1 round slowly. As this is the way it was intended.
They also know that the recoil on this gun is huge so when firing quickly there is a huge spread of bullets...
So allowing a fair amount for error you should be able to come up with a calculation that will analyse the players performance.
If someone comes up with a calculation thats of the scale the server drops them
