Here are a few of the secret changes being made.

1.USP and Glock now kill in one hit, this is to make valve's target demographic[the n00bs who don't know how to buy guns] very happy.

2.Hitbox for the head is now larger than most crates found in de_dust.

3.Only three maps work now, dust, assault, and aztec.

7:36 am on 10/31/02 It was said that 1.6 would be released to the public soon after the 30-day beta test period was over, not months after the beta. So it could be that 1.6 will be released in mid-late December, before CZ is available on the shelves. They won't need months to code bug fixes, as they stated their goal with the Steam beta was to release a new beta update through Steam every 3 days. Also the final version of CS 1.6 for public use will be Steam only. There will be no more patch updates or full installation files to download. I'd assume all patches to CZ itself will also be through Steam.

They took 2 years for condition zero, all is possible now :P

                    i said one

Take a look at inferno 1.6 its look very like a CZ map, I'm freaking sure its the CZ engine so ... we'll see

What is the deal with steam i register than I play cs for about a week and then it just kicks me off one day and says my registration has expired does that mean I have to pay for steam, because like you said I own the game so it should be free but when i go through steam I have to make up all kinds of email accounts sometimes because I cannot remember my special offer key. Let me know if their is anyway that I can keep membership with steam for more than a week plz. NPW_AWS
