I'm on this site 24/7 and I miss the submission screen sometimes. I think rizzuh puts them on for about 1 millisecond and then makes up all the mails

rizzuh used to post Mailbag submissions as news items but no longer. They're now listed in the upper-right under "rizzuh's corner." This last one appeared Thursday or Friday, I believe. You just have to look for it.
