if CST = GMT - 6:00,

then Thursday, Nov 14 8pm CST = Friday, Nov 15 2am GMT,

and if PST = GMT - 8:00,

then Friday, Nov 15 2am GMT = Thursday, Nov 14 6pm PST,

and California is Pacific time (PST).

That's how you get the time.



or..



Ignore the above and just subtract two hours from Central time to get Pacific.

8pm Central = 6pm Pacific (California)

But really, how do you record a hltv demo? Anyone?

Can't really do it effectively without being there, but the console command is simply:



record demonamehere.dem



To stop recording, simply type stop in the console.



All this is, of course, after you've connected to the server and are currently viewing it.

Thanks. Do I have to make my own hltv console and record it from there or can I just connect to a HLTV server and record it from the game console?

But yeah, I was gonna connect, record the demo, and leave... It shouldn't cause any problems if I dont type stop will it?

good question, I have a feeling that it might get a bit wobbly if it tries to contuinue recording without aything to record.... But it is just a feeling...
