To a certain extent, yes. However, there's still circumstances in which a wallhack can work, and there's still other forms of hacks that this release is addressing.

Well hey, seeing as I don't live on CSN as some of you seem to, I'd say that under half an hour ain't that bad.

Now, they just need to do away with Direct3D since it comes with a built in wallhack with version 40.72. I've submitted news about it, but it seems that both csnation or phl seem to care or have gotten time to get to my news.

I have a radeon 9700 and I can see all decals, user and game, through the walls no problem. I emailed valve screenshots of it. I cant see players, just decals.

I didn't have time to d/l the movie, but those screenshots certainly would be a lot more convincing if they had players showing through the walls. VAC doesn't claim to prevent wallhacks from creating transparent walls, but rather that most of the time you won't see players through those transparent walls, even if they're there. That doesn't prevent ESP cheats though, unfortunately.
