Has to be said that the funniest ones are the admin mod ones (and not the lame chicken/bury/etc ones, too obvious). Faves include;



1. Slapping the last CT as he tries to defuse

2. Fake OGC messages, then getting all your mates to say they are admins of other servers, especially popular ones, and that they are all writing down his WONid to add to global ban lists. I feel proud that I have made many a 1337 CS 12 year old cry with this tactic. It sure stops them from swearing at you any more.

3. Having a fun evening of Lo Gravity de_torn (try it, you might like it) and waiting till the whole of the server is 30 feet in the air. Then typing "rcon sv_gravity 20000"....oh the tears roll down my cheeks

What you really need to do is say something that I give a damn about to be honest. Funny is objective, meaning what I find funny, you might not. Just in case you need to calm down a bit. Sounds like you got a few issues there, Death. I hope your shrink is aware of them

I've been victim to a few of these pranks. Some are funny to everyone, others are not. Admin abuses that interfere with people's ability to play the game are not funny, really. Text stuff is different, but killing people randomly, the ultra high gravity slayings, and such... they just ruin a lot of people's game for one person's laugh.



Some of the positioning things are funny, like the militia bathroom hostage one. I can't count the number of times I sat in there with those hostages (all 4 of them) as the last surviving T, wasting any CT's who tried to approach the door, and laughing with glee as hostages were slaughtered. Never worked against me, though, as you can just open the door towards you and avoid the whole problem. :)



Anyway, some of the submissions were funny (those that didn't bring back memories of getting rather ticked off), commentary could use some help, but I don't expect rizzuh to always be the funniest guy around. Thanks for trying all the same. :-/

Worst Mailbag I've read.

At what these people called pranks (except David Johnston) are exactly what the last post was about, raging.



Yeh funny, you drove a truck backwards trapping your team-mates, no one has every thought of that. What did you do on the next level, stand in a doorway?



Goerge has what seems like a chance to actual play pub CS like CS is meant to be played, instead of a death match like its played 99% of the time in pub. And what does he do? "hehehehe, I throw the bomb to somewhere you cant reach. Aren't I smart".



It's just fucking lame, and isn't funny at. And the ones where admins used things to say people are cheating is just fucking gay.

Also people who don't cheat on their home servers, and hates cheats, and are trying to get them banned and abusing them etc etc. That then go off and play cheats a server that they don't mind getting banned from. Is just fucked up. You complain when someone ruins your fun, so what do you do? Go off and ruin someone else's fun.



Lastly I don't care if you think I take CS too seriously, I do take CS seriously if its a war.

But if it is a pug, or pub cs, then no. I don't take it seriously, I around knifing, tmp'ing and using other less common guns having fun. And when people come into servers trying ruin people fun by some of the numerous "pranks" mention here, or cheating, or any of the other ways. Yes it fucking pisses me off, I'm just glad that you'll get banned immediately.

If you don't have fun by playing CS normally, so instead you have fun by raging people. Have you ever thought of trying a different game? Or going outside, play a sport, or just go hang out with friends at the mall. Don't instead turn into a myg0t wannabe and start ruining other peoples fun.

mikeditkaisgod had a point...Not that mygot is correct or funny or anything, but how if u look at how much the stuff they do irritates people, you realize how overly serious many people take this game.



Kind of like how back when cheating was a bigger problem(and actually nowadays as well) everyone acted like cheaters were completely ruining their life because they made 10 minutes of a video game unfair. Its silly if you think about it.
