rizzuh is in CAL-m?

narby wrote..No, but what use do strategies have in public servers? Most of your teammates are idiots that rush as CT on de_ maps. These strategies are obviously designed for those who are in active clans, whether they participate in league play or not.
Yes, all cs players are in clan and compete in leagues.
xep wrote..So you're saying sniper positions are not relevant to normal non-clan CS games?

narby wrote..If you didn't already have a csn membership, I would say you were "hinting" for one.
These strategies and editorials are not designed to be everything to everyone. They're here to be useful to those who need it, not everyone know about those places and not everyone has been playing CS for 3 years as most veterans (and I use that term loosely) have.
Just because it's not helpful to you, doesn't give you the right to blindly slag it off.
CS Nation has the most intensely updated and nurtured content of just about any community site, and the sheer amount of time rizzuh and the staff put into it deserves a little respect. If a particular article is not to your taste, or you think it could be improved, send them a constructive email outlining how, instead of ``ya it sux sory you're obviously not l337 enuf 2 use AWP LORFOL''
Yes, all cs players are in clan and compete in leagues.
Well shit, you think rizzuh has yet to discover that little gem of information after being the community news corner stone for 3 years.
Read up slick.
But yeah, the csn team deserves respect. Respect, respect.kick@ss wrote..Yeah, and that csn website. But hey whatever. =D
Sniping "positions" are so pointless. The best position must be calculated by taking numerous variables into account such as where are the enemies and how many of them are there. No way in hell can a static strategy really work.
BTW narby's de_comrade is an awesome sniping map.
Rizzuh's only real accomplishment in CS gaming was probably when he glocked riptide (ex [TAF] member).
kick@ass wrote..I disagree, since on most maps there are only a few routes that the enemy can take, using a static strategy on that map is effective because it takes into account all three routes, and tells you which one is the best to use depending on your weapon. Sure, it's not going to be effective every time, but nothing is.

DarkOmen wrote..Thanks for the input, captain obvious. I hear if you buy a smaller shirt it'll fit tighter, too.
And, I didn't "blindly slag if off". I was merely stating my opinion that the strategies may not interest everyone.

If anyone but me writes a strat its automatically bad because I'm better than all of them. I am the best CS player on the planet and I'm too cool to use sniper spots. I think its cooler to make fun of other people and nitpicking their work to hell than to write my own strats. I'm too cool for that.
BTW, you're all gay and I have the biggest penis
