camping sucks

I like camping on the boxes in de_dust right next to the double doors leading to bombsite A(?). You can pick off lots of CTs either turning right or left aiming low to check for the usual camping T's in the corners but u just pick them off because of your godly position and 1337 ak skills. =P

BTW...did you know if the T's actually rushed on de_dust and planted the bomb they could camp all they want and accomplish their mission if the CTs didn`t come and defuse? Those silly bastards. =P

Obviously not many here know how to camp in order to help their teammates. Because

1. You have to be on the defending team

2. You should be in a position that overlooks a way to the map goal, not in some dark corner waiting for your score to go up (personally I think CS would be a much better game without the scoreboard)

3. You leave your camping spot and help your teammates if no one comes your way

Now that I have written some useless crap ontopic here's why I posted: What's the IP of the server you always refer to (clownhut?) when you say you were playing against each other ?

how can you say the scout is sh*t??!?! the only people who do that are the ones who can't or hav never used it 2 good effect. The scout requires more skill then AWP, in that you will not kill some one is one shot, if you miss the first time and ur not in good cover you r likely 2 end up with 3 rounds of lead in ur ass, and 4 Ts wanting 2 waste the rest of it. The scout is for people who aim 2 get head shoots, when used correcly you can take half of their team out easily, (my best is 6 heads in one round).



Camping is froud upon cuse people think only pussies camp, they think they r 2 scared 2 run out in the open and die, and they r right half of the time. This is why sniping has much more credit, since it takes far more skl, esp scout - true snip rif.

True sniping rifle??? Let's face it, in reality a sniper wants to have to take one shot and one shot only - if he has to take more than that, he's screwed. Getting close to the mark. The team with the objective will have some campers. Camp in a way to support your team. Example: T snipers in the tower in de_cbble provide cover fire for the T advance. Reccommended that switch to the CT tower asp to protect against intrusions after the bomb is planted. The other time to camp are short periods to set up an ambush on obvious pursuit.

I totally FRCKIN agree, for the most part that is.

Sometimes i camp too, when i have like 5 hp left or some health less than 20. But, overall i dont like to camp because it makes the game boring. for the argument between scout and awp, awp is for pussies because it makes the game soo boring, while the scout is a extremely tactical gun, considering it takes two shots to kill one person, and that it is silenced, although i dont use it much.

I just felt like talking in on this, well anyway. One more thing, i also think that camping is alright sometimes if the guy kills, but if he camps and dies, thats frickin gay, he should stop camping if he sucks at it.

Here's a little hint about the scout for those that don't seem to get it:

It might require more skill to use, but first and foremost, the thing that makes it harder to get a kill with is that it sucks as a weapon.

Let's face it; In reality people like to have a bare minimum of bullshit deaths. Or, at the very least, they like to have the weapons not be grossly overpowered in comparison to the others.



Of course, we have people who bullshit themselves with the notion that they know "real" battle tactics. All you have to do is get an AOL CD - instant gameplay adviser. Maybe with YOUR kind of "expertise", you can get a special, jumbo sized bag of shut the fuck up.

Try playing in a server that doesnt allow camping. It'll make you a better player. All the mail for the best camping sites suck! Anyone who's played in some good servers will know those spots already. There's nothing new...

Anyone who complains about getting killed by the "pussy" (pussy=smart?) camper in CS should probably just shut up and play Quake. If there's someone that outsmarts you, (it doesn't take alot if you're running blindly like an idiot) don't bitch about them... Learn from them and try to take them out a different way next round.
