I don't see why everyone gets so excited about new versions. Once it comes out all anyone does is bitch about how they changed this or that. No one could wait for 1.4 (and everyone knew about the changes beforehand), but once it came out everyone wanted it the old way. So, before you get your hopes up, why don't you take some time to look at what's being changed and see if you really want it as much as you think you do.



Maybe if we eliminate some of the hype there won't be as much backlash when it's released.

i don't think that steam will be on fileplanet, and im sure the program would be fairly small, since its after you install it the major downloading starts, and i don't see how you can write 1.6 beta to a cd, cause the way it downloads the files is unique and it needs steam to run right.

Every console is worth while in someway. There are certain games that come out for one that dont come out for another, so I wont really get into how another console is better than another. I personally find Super Mario Brothers more amusing than some other half assed games that come out for PS2, XboX, or Gamecube.



When 3 consoles are competeting at the same time, one always falls. I originally thought it would be the XboX, but Now im very confident Gamecube will be the one to fall.



Never-the-less PC will always be my favorite, for it can always be upgraded and its always going to have good games on its side. (Unless your a MAC user, to upgrade your computer you have to throw it out the window and buy a new one :) )
