Well remember that it's a beta. For everybody bitching about the Bandwidth problem I agree Valve should have seen this problem miles ahead. On every CS release half the world population goes on a download craze, BUT you try running a network (and pay for it) which can accommodate this much load. After that you have to right to criticize anything you want. For now it's free and you don't have to right to bitch about anything.Comment

Yeah I only paid for half-life one time, a long time ago. I'm still getting very good support. :)
Not many other games get this many updates with so many new things a couple of times a year. I guess as long as the game keeps selling there will be support for it.
I want to thank valve alot for good playvalue for the one time small amount of money I put into the game once. Imagine if half-life had the mmorpg payment method. *shudders*
Even though Steam might offer the above mentioned payment method to some users I'm sure the only successfull method is to sell the game so people can feel they own it. (even if it means purchasing a one time fee key/downloadable game/iso).
Oh yeah...and I tried CS1.6 started my own server. Smoke grenades roxxxxxxxx...
