It allmost looks like they never learned about preveous CS releases when they had to delay couse of the shortage of bandwidth and had other sites host the updates aswell.

AND STOP SAYING "Oh dont complain its a beta" because the point of a public beta is to let everyone get it, test it and see if it works and if it has problems get them fixed. But Valve really fucked up, so many problems we couldnt even start to get the fucking file to start testing, bravo valve, bravo
