Chess games...cool. Anyway, it seems to be the only thing we can play under steam because it's now impossible to play with other poeple on a server. Try it, go on server menu, refresh, and count how many server they are with more than 1 player! Ok, it's a BETA. I know that. But, how can you test a game if you cannot play it. lol.Comment

i wonder what would have hapened if it had not leaked (btw, Eric said "no problem" to this in irc) to outer space. Poor server situation, and everyone downing from valve and the few mirrors at once and then installing steam at once, accountrcreating at once...
But i respect your attitude in not posting a link, though i think that banning linkposters is too much of censorship :-/Comment

I may have to disagree with rizzuh, no..steam does work 100% for me, and it never messes up. Steam is NOT messed. But yes, ValvE did screw
us over. Lemme teach you this. Once you get steam, D-O-N-T be impatient! It takes time to load if its just getting used to ur comp. So just wait for it, itll disappear sumtimes after loading is complete, but WAIT just surf da net for a while till one of the steam thigns pop back up....
P.S.
I sorta did PMS over 1.6 wen it couldnt download or connect to steam

Friends doesn't appear to be stable either. I think the reason why everything is going down is due to more people sharing the beta. Just a guess. Does anyone know if it's on p2p stuff? I already have it plz don't ban me. I am just wonderingComment
