Would this even be news worthy if it happened at a normal cafe and the guy was shot because he got the last bagel and taunted the guy behind him in line? Probably... but at least he'd deserve it. I'm sure video games would be blamed either way.

He was being sarcastic. He was saying that part of the reason the kid was murdered was because of the United State's bad gun laws.

Well, this did happen about a week ago and is very tragic. I only live about 15 minutes away from this cafe but have never gone there. It did not happen in Vancouver but a suburb and it was a senseless act. They haven't caught the guy yet but they have got some descriptions from a few of the witnesses that fled after the incident. Can't blame this on Counter Strike.

Actually there's been a huge crackdown on registering firearms in Canada in the last two years. But honestly, that's been about as successful as a huge crackdown on stealing cable TV signals.
