Clan matches are completely different to playing in a public server, highlighted particularly by the level of skill involved, and the amount of teamwork and co-ordination present.BULL

There are 3 things i absolutely loathe about pub servers:
A) Morons
B) Morons who can't think
C) Morons with attitudes that make me want to rip out their eyeball and cram it in their nostril.
If clans had offered to remedy any of those things, i'd be in one right now. Instead, i watched the occasional X3 vs. flavor-of-the-week-clan and fought exceedingly hard to hold back torrents of vomit. The only difference between the clan scene and pubs is that the clan scene knows how to bullshit a win more efficiently. This, as far as i'm concerned, counts for jack shit. This is also -in no small part- due to the exact same "steal anything that isn't nailed down" mentality. They can aim better than the average player. Hardly something to write home about.
Unlike in a public server (where there is usually minimal teamplay) where a team consisting only of AWP users might make quick work of the opposing team, in the clan situation this same team is going to get slaughtered. A skilful, organised team of assaulters (and maybe one sniper -- two at the most) will easily overcome an entire team of AWPers.Maybe, maybe not. The fact is, all it takes is ONE AWPer to fuck it up for everyone. One railgunning fag and you can kiss any fun you were struggling to have goodbye. The weapon flat out does not belong in CS in its current condition. It has its drawbacks but, unlike every other weapon in the game, they are few.

I've seen far too many railgun kills to believe that the AWPs accuracy is a problem. "Shit at close range" is only a half-truth; it works in theory, but in practice all you have to do is not spaz out. Any retard can land ONE shot at that range, especially with the huge, gaping leeway the AWP gives you.
