Counter-Hack has finally updated its Public Opinion feature. This time they chat with The_Family_God, who is best known as the brains behind the films Militia1 and Militia2. If you're unsure what Public Opinion is, well, Counter-Hack takes a prominent member of the CS community and asks them a few questions about what their views are on hacking. The basic 10 question format is used once again, but here's a clip to get your juices running.
7) What's your opinion on cheaters in CS as well as all other multiplayer games?Whew, what a long one that was. Grab more of that here. It's more filling than those new Hardee's burgers. Really.
I really don't understand it. Whenever I think of cheaters I can't help but smile, because I consider them more of a joke rather than something worth thinking about. I'll be honest, I don't play much counter-strike nowadays - and that is probably why I am not "angry" with them. But I certainly remember how frustrating things got while I was a serious player. It's not really the cheat "users" that humor me, but those guys who make them. When a hacker breaks into some high-tech government website or something like that, I have this odd respect for a guy who can carry out a stunt like that. But hacking a videogame? Man...get a life.
