CS:CZ Release Date

why does it take 3 more months to release something that went gold 3 months ago? I don't believe it will be released in march, I don't even believe it will be released this year!

Yeah, the game might have been worth purchasing 18-24 months ago.. but this is 2004.. the game engine is nearly 6 years old and they want $39.99 for it? Please.. thats like asking someone to buy a Pentium 166mhz 32 meg machine for as much money as you can get a decent 2 ghz system. Maybe if they have it up for like... $9.99 I might consider buying it.

No, you can't give up hope, not when this trully awsome game supports SINGLE PLAYER!!!! Just think about it, while other dopes are fraggin' on multi-player servers on Steam or whatever, you'll be playing against REAL BOTS!! Just think about it, playing the exact same de_aztec, de_dust, cs_assault that you got in CS 1.6, but now you can play these maps with BOTS!!! IN SINGLE PLAYER! I can assure you its worth the money.

The leaks folks are talking about are true, rest assured i have a copy and we set up a server for short periods now and then. Its a 322mb file, multiplayer version that is. The other day 9 of us were ct's on dust2 playing against 20 bots. Was kinda funny campin long A, when you look up and see 20 bots rushin in lol. Needless to say it was fun as all hell. Bots are real like, running with knifes out and everthing. Some are better than others just as you would experience on pubs. Totally replaces all the skins, and sounds. Maps have been reskinned as well with a couple more boxes here and there etc. Overall its a nice upgrade to the regular old cs. and im assuming steam will have a massive update the day its released to match cs with cz.

Aren't we gonna be able to download cs:cz off of Steam for cheaper than buying in store? I think if its $9.99 or less off of Steam I think more people will get it.



edit: Also gamespot.com says that cs:cz will be out on 3/25/04
