VAC Updated

Cheat logging. Just means when someone is disconnected from your server for cheating it writes it to the logs. Server admins were complaining they had no idea if VAC was even working as there was no way to tell if anyone had been caught by VAC.

It is quite tasty looking in terms of the model, but the shiny appearance is too much. If possible, the skin almost seems too smooth and shiny, it needs dulled up a bit, perhaps made a bit more "war torn" and such.

as far as I can remember, this was compiled by me, at which point, custom world models didnt exsist. I do agree world models for it would be nice.
