the fact of the matter is that VAC can be broken by those in the know in a matter of hours....
while valve can also update too....there will always be that window in between where the hacks work.
also, valve are only picking on OGC Opengl hacks. there are scores of other hacks in development that valve are ignoring at present.
also many cheaters check sites like this every day for news on VAC updates so they can delete b4 they play that day and get caught

the only other hack worth a shit is 187 hack, and it's exactly the same as OGC opengl hack, pretty much. It's just a wallhack, and it's blocked by HLG like any other wallhack. Colored aimbots are still around, but damn...they suck ass.

So chances are one day you WILL get caught and banned, because you'll try playing an hour or so before they actually post news on this site. And slowly it'll happen again and again until you don't have a cd key.
You also claim to have a life besides CS and yet you can check the news 24/7 for Anti-Cheat updates?
I suppose that checking is the only life you have besides "playing" :PComment
