Poll Update!

It will replace CS as "the" multiplayer game.

And I haven't had one problem with hit boxes.

CS:S will replace CS 1.6 in the end as the 'main' CS game.. But it will take some time, and I think CS 1.6 will remain popular (but will slowly die out because there's no support/updates for it anymore).. I give it a couple of months upto a year for CS:S to become more popular then old CS 1.6..



Main factors are the support of Valve to CS:S (we all know they won't touch CS 1.6 anymore), people upgrading their PC's, and most importantly major online and LAN competitions/league's switching to CS:S as nr.1 competitive game..



CS:S right now already has about 12.000 people playing at peak times (+/- 10% of CS 1.6), I wonder what these numbers will be after HL2 & CS:S retail are released.. Like I said, I give it a couple of months upto a year for CS:S to have more players then CS 1.6..

i could post an opinion, but as most people know, opinions start argurments.. and arguments online are not very productive.. and honestly.. if only so many people post a comment, it doesnt really mean shit.. all it means is that they were the only people who decided that it was worth the time they spent to put their own separate opinion on the site. the rest of the voters were content enough with the choices on the board, its like a write-in candidate.. people dont write in unless they feel necessary
