My steam stays on the "Preparing to play Counter Strike message" then i get "game currently unavailable" How do i fix this?

ahh, i just retarted steam and everything says #steamrootlabel???, like all the buttons says that(Games,Severs,Friends), is this just me or does anyone else have the samething, wish i could post this not the steam site, but i can't, says until the administrator officially approves my account, "efficicent", you work on the steam site too, can u please approve my account on steampowered.com, my username is "itzalvinxd". i cant post reply's, threads or anything...
