I still can't under any circumstance connect to steam. It automatically downloaded the patch, but immediately after I get this error:



"Could not connect to Steam network.

Either the Steam network is currently not running, or your internet connection is down. Please check your internet connection and try again"



Well, i'm here typing this so my internet connection is fine. The steam network is running because people are using it to grab the file, plus the fact that I could snag the patch. I'm scared and confused.

wow it's been downloading for about 15 minutes now.... but I already watched the whole docks video. I wonder what it's downloading...?



btw: Is it just me, or did the videos look 10x more impressive when they were first released? I remember being impressed by the graphics in the docks and the part when the zombie started floating realistically, but I'm not feeling it this time....

Or you could think of it as the opposite. More activity means more bugs, which means the end could be even further from sight.
