Getting killed by the auto snipers. I swear 90% of the people I kill with them return the next round with an AWP just to kill me.

it isnt embarrising to die by a knife, the sucker does 50 damage or more a hit. thats half your health!



sure it dosnt shoot bullets, and you have to be close to them, but its a good weapon.



whenever i get knifed, everyone there is like HAHHAHAH YOU GOT KNIFED! OMFG NUB!! HAHAHAHAH.

I agree that the Scout kicks ass. I play on a NO AWP server where the Scout is the only sniper rifle used. However, most people see it as inferior and, since this is a CS site, I have to include options for them. Still, I've seen people with a Scout kick a lot of ass, so I included the AWP thing. Basically it boils down to me being a genius.

Duel elites for sure. Yea ok you can sneak up to someone with a knife and shank them for 75 damage which is usually a kill depending on how late in the round you are, or you can sneak up on them with the leets and start hitting them for 2 damage a pop and see how long it takes to drop the person.



Getting killed from behind by a knifer should be just as embarrassing as any other gun from behind kill, it just means you didn't check your six. I love it when you run out in to a group of 5 enemies, and you start desperately spraying your weapon trying to take out as many as you can, and one of the 5 goes in for the knife kill and next round they are like "ha ha shanked". Superior melee skills man 4 serious.

Getting shot in the back isn't particularly unusual, but the fact it's done with the knife is worse because they had to get right up beside you without being noticed.



Thats my opinion anyway.

Yup, you are right. Scout is a really good weapon. And getting killed by a scout when you have an awp is really easy, because its just more accurate.

Well you can only knife your opponent if you catch him off guard, period. It doesn't require any more or less skill then any other weapon. That can be said for any other "comedy weapon" though. But i still say it's harder to kill someone with the leets, you practically have to be at melee range for them to hit anything with that god awful accuracy, and they take the full clip to kill. And with the elites you can hear them coming unlike the knife, which is usually an instant frag, so if you don't turn around and cap the sucker spamming away with the duels then you should be pretty embarrassed ;]

The duel pistols would be worse if you are killed by them and only them, I don't think that has ever happened to me thankfully.



I guess the scenario in which you are killed by one of these so-called embarrassing weapons has a lot to do whether it's actually embarrassing or not.



What I like to do when I have just humiliated myself is pull-down console and type in exit as quickly as possible.

First scout is a pretty good weapon, NOT superior to AWM simply because of the one hit kills, but its not bad (very economiocal). Glock is atleast accurate and probably the best pistol for headshots. The auto-snipers are irrefutably horrible but if you use your team as bait (ala-knifers) you can score some nice kills. Knife is fun and its really a last ditch effort, I can remember one or two rounds where I was completely out of ammo and I charged with knife and won, so it has its uses (Comical nevertheless when you score a *SURPRISE!* kill...."Oooga Shaka")



So that leaves us with the dualies (Not *Duels*). Again this is an irrevocably, painfully, unbelievably, piss-poor weapon. Hell if your aim is absolutely dead-on you have a 50% chance of hitting...LoL. So yea, my choice for most embarrasing death is killed-by-dualies.

I said Duels, but isn't the whole concept of "realism" in CS COMPLETELY taken away by the fact that you have to take out allmost an entire clip just to kill one guy? That and I feel like a n00b for actually using the auto-sniper rifle once in a while. Only if my team is winning, the same goes for the Duelies.

I'm sorry, but if you think about it, If a llama decides to buy an awp and gets killed by a scout tha is surely the most shameful death ever.

I got glocked in the chest from full health when I had armor and an awp. I had to miss several shots to have that happen. Top that.



Dual pistols aren't that bad because of the fact you can have 1 hp and be hit by them from far. Knife takes 2 hits most of the time(does a little more than 50 damage. Not 75.) so it's hard to get more than one knife off on someone before they turn around and kill you. So knife is the worst to be killed by in normal situations.



The worst is always being killed from full health by a glock or dual pistols. The glock can kill colters though by bursting them in the head twice so it's possible. Dual pistols is nearly impossible to get a kill with on someone that has 100.

The most embarassing ways to die in CS are...



1. fall off of somthing.



2. blow yourself up with a grenade.



3. get spawn-killed by one of your own teammates on an ff server.



Thats my list and I'm sticking to it.
