Nintendo World Report TV captured 12 minutes of direct feed gameplay from Fire Emblem Warriors at E3 2017. Fire Emblem Warriors is slated to be released in Japan on September 28, 2017, and in North America and Europe on October 13. This game is coming for both the Nintendo Switch and the New 3DS.
Fire Emblem Warriors is hack-and-slash action video game in which players take the role of multiple characters including original characters Rowan and Lianna, and characters from Fire Emblem games including Chrom (Awakening) and Marth (Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light), as well as the three heroes from Fire Emblem Fates, Ryoma, Xander and a female Corrin. In addition to hack-and-slash combat in open areas similar to the Dynasty Warriors series, gameplay also features the Weapons Triangle and Support Conversations featured in the Fire Emblem series.
