It looks like the PC system requirements for Resident Evil 7 were released today. Since the game is a little ways away, these are subject to change but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.
If confused by the "additional notes" section, it seems to me like the "minimum" specs will get you 30FPS at 1080p. Some users may need to make additional adjustments to maintain performance at those specs. The recommended specs sound like they will get you 60FPS at 1080p.
