Nintendo Stocks Soar After Mobile Announcement

Quick, tell me at which point did the news hit about Nintendo entering the mobile market?

Now, you may not think it's such a hot idea, but you have to realize that the mobile industry is massive. Many have already speculated that the mobile market will overtake the console market in 2015.

Yeah, its a multi-million (probably billion) dollar industry. That huge on nickels and dimes even. Its crazy.

Its also very competitive. I read an article today that when this was announced, EA, a big leader in the mobile arena, took a hit and their stocks dropped.

The mobile market was ~$25 billion in 2014.

EA's stocks did take a bit of a dip but it seems to have rebounded most of it already: https://www.google.com/finance?q=NASDAQ:EA
I also feel as though some of that dip in EA's stock dropped due to reviews for Hardline not being extra stellar.

Im not surprised at all that its multi-billion on a few dollars here and there.

That makes more sense on the EA thing. Probably the timing didnt help.
