Today, 505 Games has announced the release of the Android version of Terraria. This version of the game actually includes some exclusive features thanks to Google Play.
The cool thing is that the game is being offered for "free" so you can try it out for a bit before deciding whether or not you want to pay the low price of $4.99 (USD) to unlock the full game.
Also of note from the world of Terraria, the big 1.2 update for the PC release has been dated for October 1 on Steam. You can see a few of the changes in this preview video released a few months ago.
