Xbox One Allows for Full-Body HD Gamerpics ... Oh My

And you thought playing Uno on Xbox Live was dangerous? Get ready for "full-body HD gamerpics" with your avatars once the XBone is rolled out! Just imagine if this integrates with the Kinect. Shudder

Microsoft's chief Xbox One architect, Marc Whitten, tells it like it is.
They are – your avatar will be on the system at launch and in fact, you’ll have some new options, including the ability to do full-body HD gamerpics. By the way, we should actually talk more about gamerpics too. We’ve moved from the 64x64 gamerpics on Xbox 360 to a full 1080p. They are beautiful, and you are going to see some really cool hero moments, like when you login to see personalized views of your games and other content.

So what else did IGN manage to extract from Whitten? Well, the DVR functionality will record clips at 720p and 30FPS, no matter what resolution the game itself is actually running at. Your clips will be stored in the cloud (get used to reading that line).

He also said that if you buy a game on the 360 and earn achievements, the XBone version of the game will have a separate set of achievements that you can re-earn. Yes, you can essentially double up on your gamerscore with one game. A similar thing has already happened with games released both on the Xbox 360 and PC. The XBone achievements will be "much richer" in that you can track your achievements, unlock new achievements throughout tht year, and "earn real prizes inside and outside of the game."

My ADSL will absolutely love constantly downloading 1080p pictures for no reason, also my upload speed is 0.5mb so uploading HD video is not possible.
