Nvidia Shielf Arrives June 27 for just $299

Originally slated to slip in late June for $349 (USD), it was announced today that the Nvidia Shield will instead launch on June 27 for just $299.

This reduction in price is reflected in pre-orders that were already made prior to the price drop. Nvidia said that the price was dropped because they "heard from thousands of gamers that if the price was $299, we’d have a home run." Swing for the fences, Nvidia. Swing for the fences.

^ yeah, so far i only saw streams of PC games, I am interested however, i just hope if it has dedicated games it wont cost as much as console games
