The good news it that first-party titles for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 will stay at $60. The bad news is that game prices will stay at $60 and third-party publishers will still be able to decide their own prices. Ah well, nothing has changed there at least.

"I can confirm that Microsoft Studios games on Xbox One will be $59.99 (MSRP)," a company representative from Microsoft said.
"(W)e have announced the pricing for our first party line up of PS4 launch and launch window games. All four titles, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Driveclub, Knack, and inFamous Second Son are all $59.99," so says the representative from Sony.
